Monthly Gardening Tips
April:
Citrus: You may have noticed leaves that are misshapen and curled. A whitish snake-like trail can be seen just underneath the top leaf surface. This is the work of citrus leaf miner. New leaves can be treated with an oil spray to help in the control.
Lawns: Aeriation in our sandy soils is only recommended if really have a reason. In some lawns, soil may be layers of poorly drained fill soil, construction debris, and native soils and areation may help penetrate and mix them together.
